Purchasing and Access:

After purchasing, log in to your Members’ Area, where you will have access to your digital resources based on your membership type. Lifetime members retain access for the lifetime of the platform, while Yearly members have access while their subscription remains active. Resources can be viewed online or downloaded (where applicable).

No. Resources are licensed for individual or institutional use and cannot be shared, distributed, or resold without prior permission.

Our resources are accessed through membership options:

  • Yearly Membership — ongoing access while your subscription remains active.

  • Lifetime Membership — a one-off payment granting access to the Emporium for the lifetime of the platform (including future content unless otherwise stated).

Yearly membership gives you access while your subscription is active and renews automatically unless cancelled. Lifetime membership is a one-off payment granting ongoing access to the Emporium for the lifetime of the platform, including future resources unless otherwise stated.

Performing Rights and Licensing:

Educational and unpaid performances while your membership is active do not require a separate performance licence. This includes school productions, drama club shows, and workshop performances where no admission fee is charged.
For other uses (recording, streaming, ticketed events, commercial performances), a licence may be required.

Performing a script without a valid licence for paid events violates copyright laws and may result in legal action and financial penalties.

Yes, you can log into your account from any device to access your purchased resources.

Refunds and Cancellations:

Due to the immediate access provided to digital content and membership services, refunds are not available once access has been granted, except as required by law.
Lifetime memberships are non-refundable once access is provided.
Yearly memberships can be cancelled, but you will retain access until the end of the paid period.
If you encounter technical issues, please contact us for assistance.

Since digital products are delivered instantly, purchases cannot be canceled after completion. If you purchased an item by mistake, contact us immediately.

You can manage, renew, or cancel your subscription via your MemberPress account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds are given mid-term unless required by law.

  • Small adjustments (e.g., gender swaps, age-appropriate edits, and changes to the number of characters) are allowed without permission.
  • Major changes (e.g., rewriting scenes, changing the plot, or adapting for film) require written approval from us.

    These guidelines apply whether you have a Yearly or Lifetime membership.

Yes, you may print copies for use within your classroom or group, but they cannot be shared outside your institution.

Intellectual Property and Copyright:

All scripts, resources, and materials on The Drama Teaching Emporium are intellectual property of Quint-Essential Creations SCP. Purchasing a resource does not grant ownership – only a license for personal or educational use.

No. Purchased resources cannot be shared, resold, uploaded online, or distributed in any way without explicit permission.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials may result in:

  • Legal action to protect our intellectual property.
  • Fines or financial penalties.
  • Account suspension or access revocation.

Use of Content for Marketing or Social Media:

Yes! We love seeing our resources in action. You may share yourself and/or your group enjoying our games, scripts or exercises on social media or for marketing purposes, as long as you credit us by tagging @thedramaemporium and/or including a reference to The Drama Teaching Emporium.

However, you cannot:

  • Share full versions of paid resources.
  • Distribute PDFs or videos publicly.
  • Claim our resources as your own.
